pods108 Design starts with a simple idea: your living space should begin with how you want to live, not with a house that has already been designed for you.
You begin by imagining what you need. It could be a tiny house in the woods, a backyard studio, a family home, a cottage, a workspace, or something you have never seen before. You describe the people who will use it, how much space you want, the rooms you need, how you want the space to feel, and what matters to you, from natural light and views to privacy, outdoor space, energy use and cost.
From there, you can use AI as a design partner to explore the hundreds of decisions that shape a living space. You can consider different layouts, sizes, materials, windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, decks and ways of arranging the space, seeing possibilities and refining them as your thinking develops.
The pod makes those ideas easier to turn into something buildable. Individual components such as walls, windows, doors, floors, insulation, siding, ceilings and roofs can come together to create a pod. Pods can then be combined, stacked or arranged in different ways, allowing your living space to grow, shrink or change as your life changes.
The goal is not simply to design a house. It is to help you design the way you want to live, then explore how a living space can support it.
